About Me

I am a Scottish landscape painter inspired by the elemental beauty of the islands and coastlines of Scotland.

My practice weaves together plein air sketching, long walks, and the gathering of objects from the shoreline, evolving into bold, expressive paintings that draw deeply on memory, emotion, and atmosphere.

Layering and abstraction help me convey the wild spirit of Scotland’s land, sea, and sky.

My work aims to connect contemporary painting with the cultural and environmental identity of the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
